I get asked quite often by house hunters what is it about Chalfont St Giles I like. Having lived here since 1987 I could be biased but I hope you agree this is quite a special place. Not only is there a vibrant village centre with a bakers, greengrocer, butcher and a host of other useful shops but just on the outskirts of the village is this north westerly view towards Coleshill. The water tower (now a private residence and once featured on Grand Designs) is just on the horizon and the open walking from here is a must if you like putting your hiking boots on. This is South Bucks at its best. Rolling countryside abounds with a well marked footpath network providing easy routes to other local villages and pubs too!
